The 10th annual Noosa Longweekend Festival will take place between 17th - 26th June 2011. There are a number of ways to be involved and make a contribution to this outstanding community event.

Artists and Performers
To be considered for the Tenth Noosa Longweekend program in 2011 please provide a brief description of your work, past performances and include any supporting material such as cd’s, testimonials etc. Submissions for events must be received by the Noosa Longweekend office by 31 October 2010.

Volunteers
Our volunteers are famous! In 2005 The Noosa Longweekend was Queensland state winner of the National Australia Bank Arts & Culture Volunteer Awards.
Each year around 80-100 volunteers are needed to ensure that the best regional festival in Australia remains the best. If you would like to join our band of red shirts, please come along to the Noosa Bowls Club, Noosa Junction at 6pm on Thursday 6th May 2010. You will have an opportunity to find out more about being volunteer and meet our team leaders and members of the management committee.
In keeping with the Festival’s community focus, we encourage volunteers to join in and assist with a range of jobs before and during the Festival. Be a part of the action and get great experience as theatre and venue attendants or as a team leader. Or just join in and make friends as a crowd marshal, information distributor and lots more.
To be part of the action and volunteer for the 2010 Festival please read the Volunteer Guidelines and fill in the Volunteer Application Form and return to our office as indicated on the form.
